As Project Manager at Haskè Conseil, you will play a central role in overseeing the design, implementation, and monitoring of our strategies. You will be responsible for managing a high-performance team that delivers innovative and results-oriented solutions. In addition, you will coordinate the efforts of international and local stakeholders to ensure the successful approval and implementation of our strategies.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Taking a leading role in structuring analyses;
- Defining work plans, allocating and monitoring the progress of tasks within the team;
- Coaching and supporting junior members of the team;
- Managing day-to-day relations with the client, project management, team and partners, acting as Providing strategic guidance on all aspects of a project; the first point of contact for content and deliverables;
- Ensuring quality control of deliverables;
- Effectively managing budgets and deadlines for assigned tasks;
- Coordinating and taking part in prospect visits;
- Liaising between the various parties involved;
- Leading the involvement of international and local players;
- Completing special projects as they arise in the plan;
- Developing the management plan.

Profile
Education and experience:
Master’s degree in business administration, public/political administration, or doctorate, with an outstanding academic record.
At least 5 years experience in developing and analysing evidence-based solutions to strategic challenges.
At least two years experience of in managing high-performance teams in an analytical and problem solving environment as a project manager or coordinator.
Knowledge and skills:
Solid knowledge of the various local contexts and socio-economic challenges in multiple sectors.
Considerable knowledge of consulting principles, technical practices and methodologies applicable to various economic development sectors.
Ability to identify problem areas and produce detailed analyses of moderately difficult tasks.
Ability to contribute to the development of new policies or programmes to have an impact.
Sensitivity to the political and cultural environments of the areas where we work, or similar complex environments.
Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
Ability to present information in a concise, informed and structured way, both in writing and orally.
Ability to show initiative and independent judgement and to thrive in an entrepreneurial
atmosphere.
Establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
