- Co-created the five-year strategic plan for a Senegalese foundation promoting women’s economic empowerment in West Africa through greenhouse farming.
- Conducted an analysis of the attractiveness of horticulture as a youth and women employment sector in Senegal and proposed entrepreneurial opportunities for the Niayes region.
- Collaborated with a private sector coalition in Haiti to define and implement the country’s socio-economic development plan (HSDP).

- Led the establishment of a data office within a French bank, including organizational and regulatory aspects, the design of a Chief Data Officer role, a deployment roadmap, and budgeting.
- Led the implementation of the FATCA regulatory project for a Moroccan bank and its 16 African subsidiaries, including Senegal, producing the first annual report and designing a theory of change.
